As of May, 2010, Roxell serves and supplies its customers and distributors in the Asia-Pacific region directly from a newly established facility in Malaysia.
The new Roxell branch is situated in Shah Alam in the state of Selangor.
The location was strategically chosen. It is in the proximity of Port Klang at the west coast and also offers direct access to the main roads on the north-south and the east-west axes of the peninsula as well as to the major railway and airport connections. The Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, is about 25 km away.

In practice, the facility overcomes problems with time zones and will allow a faster processing of queries, orders and deliveries. Our customers will continue to receive the same high quality Roxell® products from the factory in Belgium together with the excellent service they have always enjoyed.”
In the first stage, Roxell will concentrate on locally providing their complete broiler system concept including Flex-Auger™ transport systems and feed storage bins. The range of product offerings will gradually extend to the full Roxell product line. By the end of this year, a local assembly unit is expected to be operational to enhance Roxell’s flexibility even further.
The premises covers 2500 m², including 1800 m² of warehouse and 700m² of offices and a showroom displaying the full range of Roxell systems. From its facility in Malaysia, Roxell will in a first step serve Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, South-Korea, the Philippines, Brunei, Singapore, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
