With continuing expansion in providing technical support for customers, Cobb Europe, a division of Cobb-Vantress Inc, invites applications for this new position: Brolier Specialist
This position is part of Cobb highly renowned World Technical Support Team, reporting directly to the USA, and will involve extensive travel in Europe and beyond.
The role is to advise customers, and train Cobb's own technical services team, on all aspects of broiler growing particularly managing performance, housing, nutrition, biosecurity and disease control.
The successful candidate will develop and conduct training programmes for Cobb's technical services department and Annual World Technical School.
Seven years’ direct experience in managing broiler flocks is required, extensive poultry knowledge, and sound communication and organisation skills. A poultry or veterinary science degree would be an advantage.
This position requires analytical skills, along with a knowledge of poultry diseases and the fundamentals of nutrition and environment management. Use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint computer programs, and fluency in the English language, are essential.
